Caryn Wagner
Business manager, medical authorizations
Caryn has run the office since 2002. When a patient needs a facial or intra-oral prosthesis after cancer surgery, trauma, or a birth defect, she is the one who persuades the insurance company to cover it, and she does not give up easily. Once you have come here for care, as far as she is concerned, you are family.
-
Laura
Office manager
Laura has run the front desk since 2011 and has years of dental office experience before that. She is the voice on the phone, and the person who will find you an appointment and explain what to bring. She is from Louisiana and remains the biggest Saints fan in New Mexico.
-
Samuel
Laboratory technician
Samuel has made dentures in the office laboratory since 2001. Dr. Wagner trained him, and he brought an artist's background and eye to the work. If your denture needs a shade change, a repair, or a reline, it goes down the hall to him rather than out the door to a lab across town.

Amanda
Lead dental assistant
Amanda has assisted Dr. Wagner since 2011. She is fluent in Spanish, so Spanish-speaking patients can go through every step of treatment in their own language. She is also a mother of four and a loyal 49ers, Giants, and Warriors fan.
The office
Suite A-3 at 801 Encino Place NE, a single-story medical building east of I-25. The waiting room is small, and you will not wait long in it.
